Using advanced tools like our DJI drone, we capture high-resolution aerial photographs of the roof and, if requested, the entire house. This allows us to assess the overall roof condition, identify potential water damage, and detect visible structural concerns. If any suspect areas are identified, we can, upon request, conduct further thermal imaging to determine whether water is penetrating the roof, ensuring a more detailed and accurate assessment.

Why Aerial Drone Inspections?

The drone captures quality images of the entire roof, offering comprehensive visuals of cracked tiles, damaged shingles, and structural issues. These clear images are included in the report, providing evidence.

3. Detect Water Leaks
