1. Structural Condition

Floors and Walls: Check for cracks, loose tiles, or water damage. - Ceilings: Look for moisture stains, mould, or leaks from upper floors. - Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation (e.g., windows, exhaust fans) to prevent moisture buildup.

2. Fixtures and Fittings

Sinks and Vanities: Inspect for cracks, proper installation, and water drainage. Toilets: Check stability, functionality, and any leaks around the base. - Bathtubs and Showers: Look for cracks, mould, and proper sealing around edges. - Mirrors and Cabinets: Ensure proper mounting and check for wear or moisture damage.

3. Safety Features

Non-slip Surfaces: Evaluate the safety of flooring, especially in wet conditions. - Grab Bars: Assess the stability of grab bars near showers or tubs. - Electrical Safety: Ensure outlets are GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protected.
